The day in chronological food order:

Strawberry and mango tea

Porcini penne
Steep dried porcini mushrooms in a container of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, covered. Slice the mushroom and cook in olive oil over a medium heat with roughly chopped garlic and smoked paprika. Add the liquid from the mushrooms to the pan, cook for a minute or two then add sour cream and cracked pepper. Stir through cooked penne.

Chorizo, fennel and capsicum risotto

Cinnamon buns with tea

Chunks of orange marinated in elderflower cordial and brown sugar and chilled in the fridge
