Chorizo & lemons

Warm orzo salad with roughly sliced chorizo (fried in garlic oil) pumpkin, herb pesto, spring onion and rocket.
Brownie points to the flatmates instrumental in the creation of this bowl of happiness. I have a massive crush on you.

Friday Bakery lemon tart to follow: A luscious yet surprisingly light velvet filling with a tangy kick is encased in buttery-soft pastry.
I suspect cream was involved, as opposed to my lemon juice / egg yolk / caster sugar scenario. Either way, lemon tart rules. Ecstasy to my tastebuds.
